Opened in July 2022, Otsuki is a traditional Japanese cuisine restaurant located just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Fukushima Station, a little distance away from the bustling area of Umeda, Osaka.
Chef Masakazu Nishiguchi, who honed his masterful skills for nearly 8 years at the renowned traditional kaiseki Shimanouchi Ichiyo warmly welcomes his guests in this gentle and refined atmosphere from behind the beautiful 10-seat Hinoki wood counter.
