Beginning November 1, 2025, Ningyocho Kimi will transition into a VIP-only venue, reserved for a specially chosen group of members(※)As a result, new reservations and introductions will no longer be accepted from this date onward.

Fugu cuisine is the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine and Osaka-Torafugu-no-Kai is the most renowned establishment known throughout Japan for its top-tier wild-caught fugu cuisine which until now has been offered exclusively to its members.

The interior of this new establishment features an cozy setting with only eight counter seats surrounding the kitchen.
Executive Chef Kodaka presents a dynamic live performance which brings pride to the the prestigious name of “Osaka Torafugu no Kai.” Chef Kodaka uses only the highest grade 5-S rank (Narukawa rating) wild-caught torafugu and due to this meticulous selection of natural ingredients, the restaurant only operates on alternate days.
