Sakana Ryori Agiyao is a seafood-speciality restaurant dedicated to expressing the pure flavor of seasonal fish sourced from across Japan.

Owner-chef Akihiro Aoyagi also runs the invitation-only Kyoto restaurant Uoryori Aoyagi, known for serving only fish at their peak.
With Agiyao, he brings the same philosophy to a more approachable setting, offering outstanding fish cuisine at a very reasonable price point.
