Owner and head chef Ueno, who trained in French cuisine to expand his skills, blends French techniques with traditional Osaka kappo cooking. His creative, boundary-pushing dishes captivate diners and preserve the spirit of Osaka cuisine. Chef Ueno also leads the “Osaka Culinary Society”, where local chefs gather to refine their craft.
