“Kashiwaya Senriyama Main Store” is a Osaka’s premier Japanese restaurant that has been awarded 3 Michelin stars in a row since 2010. On the 2022 edition, the Michelin Green Star was awarded, due to their efforts for global environmental protection and sustainable future. The dishes created by Kashiwaya’s owner, Hideaki Matsuo, value Japanese culture and is present in every dish, starting from “hospitality” inspired by Japanese tea ceremony. Kashiwaya wants to be a place to plant a “seed” that will give guests an opportunity to learn about the charm of traditional Japanese culture.
