Japanese Cuisine Yuki was founded to carry forward the spirit and artistry of my grandfather, Teiichi Yuki, the legendary founder of Kitcho.
Known throughout Japan and the world, Kitcho is synonymous with the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine. My grandfather not only created the iconic Shōkadō Bento, but also instilled in me the philosophy that while preserving tradition is essential, embracing innovation with an open mind is equally important.
At Yuki, we invite you to experience authentic kaiseki cuisine rooted in the elegance of cha-kaiseki. Each dish is thoughtfully presented in fine bowls and plates that enhance both beauty and flavor, within an atmosphere of refinement and tranquility.
