This is a concept which I give serious thought to, wish to embody in the cuisine I create, and communicate clearly to guests.

After starting FUJIYA1935 and with the passing of time, there have been many things that I want to convey to my guests.
Yet at the same time, the question of whether I have truly reached the hearts of my guests is one that I find myself pondering frequently.
Cooking and culinary techniques change almost daily.

However, one thing that consistently remains the same and does not change is the desire to use seasonal ingredients to
create food that will evoke beautiful memories.
This is a concept which I give serious thought to, wish to embody in the cuisine I create, and communicate clearly to guests.

Business hours	【Lunch】Reservations available from 12:00 p.m 12:30 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. 【Dinner】Reservations available from 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.
Closed	Sundays & First Monday of every month.
Directions	7 minute walk from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station on the Sakaisuji Line, Subway Chūō Line. 8 minute walk from Tanimachi Yonchome Station on the Tanimachi Line, Subway Chūō Line.
Price	Lunch Course ¥14,000 (includes tax) Dinner Course ¥29,000 (include tax)
Service Charge	All courses require a service charge (8% lunch, 10% dinner) and a 10% seating charge per person.

Children	Children 12 years old or older and who can order a course are welcome. (Please let us know at the time of your request for a reservation). ※ Guests who come to the restaurant with children under 12 will be refused entry.

Dresscode	Business casual or semi-formal required. No casual wear (sandals, t-shirts, short pants etc.).
Payment method	Please fill out the reservation form on this site. ※Advance payment for reserved courses with PayPal or a credit card is required. ※Any additional orders that you make for food or drink at the restaurant are to be paid for at the restaurant after your meal.
Cancellation Policy	※ Cancellations made up to 15:00 JST of 7 days before the reservation date are eligible to receive a full refund. ※ Cancellations made after 15:00 JST of 7 days before, or within 6 days of the reservation date are not eligible to receive any refund. ※ All changes to the reservation are required to be made at least 7 days before the reservation date. ※ Requests to change or cancel a reservation made after the specified days above will not be eligible for any refund and requests to change the reservation to an alternative date/time will not be accommodated. ※ Reservations will be cancelled and entry will be denied if more than 15 minutes late and no refund will be provided.
