Located at the heart of Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, “Harijyu Dotonbori” is a sukiyaki and shabu-shabu restaurant established over a century ago. Foodies from Osaka as well as all over Japan consider Harijyu to be “the best place to the taste of delicious wagyu beef.”
In southern Osaka, it is not just the well-preserved old Japanese-style buildings that have not changed from long ago. At Harijyu Dotonbori, kimono-clad staff serve the traditional seasoning used for sukiyaki stock that has been passed down from generation to generation which is still used to this day. Specializing in only serving Japanese Black Wagyu, the tender meat has a melting point of fat so low that it results in the heavenly taste of wagyu, practically melting in your mouth. A restaurant not to be missed for Japanese hot pot lovers.
