SUGALABO V, the world’s first Louis Vuitton-attached café, bar, and restaurant, opened in 2020.

Chef Yosuke Suga, a renowned protégé of the legendary Chef Joël Robuchon, has traveled extensively around the world.

In 2015, he established his Tokyo-based restaurant, SUGALABO, as a “laboratory”, defining it as a place where “chemical reactions between people and food” occur. Beyond operating the restaurant, Chef Suga actively collaborates with companies and seeks out local ingredients. His concept of discovering Japan’s rich food culture, engaging with passionate producers, and connecting Japan with the world likely led to the collaboration with LOUIS VUITTON.

Chef Ryo Nagahama serves as the executive chef at SUGALABO V. Previously an owner-chef in Chablis, Burgundy, he planned to return to Japan at age 40 to open his own restaurant. However, after receiving an offer from Chef Suga, he accepted the role at SUGALABO V. His creative and deeply inspired dishes, rooted in his extensive experience, strive to move and excite guests.

Paired with the exquisite wine selection curated by Manager Tanikawa, a board member of the Japan Sommelier Association, this collaboration offers a truly special dining experience.

Immerse yourself in the extraordinary, and experience the seamless fusion of luxury, fine dining and cuisine.
