The unique Japanese cuisine of Tempura has evolved and been perfected over a history of 400 years, and Tempura Mikawa Keyakizaka Dori serves Tempura which pursues the ultimate level of technique as well as flavor, under the concept of “Tempura with inevitability”. The restaurant gives its gratitude to its ingredients, guests, fishermen, farmers, transporters and every person involved, and this is reflected in its Tempura of the highest quality.
Its interior is one like you have never seen before in a Tempura restaurant, created under the theme of “recreating the refined colors and shapes of the Azuchi-Momoyama period (A.D. 1568-1603) in a modern day”. Every plateware used to serve the Tempura are also of the highest class.
