Both the size of and balance between the rice and toppings is impeccable, and each mouthful offers a truly unforgettable experience. 

While preparations each day are strenuous, the chef serves only the freshest and most carefully selected seasonal seafood procured directly from the local market every morning. The rice is also a blend of fresh new rice and aged rice which gives it its wonderful consistency and texture.
