Ranked as one of Asia’s 50 best restaurants and having the prestigious honor of being listed as having 2 Michelin stars, together with his protégé Yasuhiro Fujio who represented Japan at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2018 competition in Milan, La Cime is managed by one of the current top chefs, head chef Takada.
