In recent years most Wagyu beef vendors emphasizes the marbling (fat distribution) and its subsequent visual appeal. But Iwasaki you can savor the perfect balance of fat and meat which will help you understand what true Kobe Beef is supposed to be.
The secret lies in the cooking techniques. All the flavors of the meat are extracted by Chef Iwasaki, who has honed his skills over 10 years as a chef and has an in-depth understanding of the art of teppanyaki.

Passed down for 3 generations, the owner Kenichi Fujiwara decided to turn the Japanese inn into a Japanese restaurant and spent two years rebuilding it into Sukiya-zukuri architecture, and re-opened as “Komago”, a Japanese restaurant. In the spirit of Japanese tea tradition, everything from the residence, garden, atmosphere, dishes the cuisine is served on, the way the dishes are served, and the “shitsurai”, is very carefully thought of and expressed.
