In late 2024, Ishida unveiled a new culinary chapter: a sukiyaki restaurant dedicated to showcasing the exquisite flavors of Kobe beef.

Renowned for its mastery of beef, Ishida brings sukiyaki to life by highlighting the natural sweetness and umami of Kobe beef. Known for its fine marbling and exceptional tenderness, Kobe beef melts effortlessly into the rich, savory sukiyaki broth, creating a luxurious dining experience. With its low melting point, the beef’s delicate fat blends seamlessly with the warishita sauce, deepening its richness and flavor.

Despite the premium quality, guests can indulge in a Kobe beef sukiyaki experience starting in the ¥10,000 range. While staff will not cook the meat tableside, guests are able to enjoy the interactive experience of preparing their own sukiyaki.

Beyond sukiyaki, the restaurant also offers shabu-shabu featuring Okinawa’s renowned Agu pork, a delicacy loved for its deep, natural sweetness. Served in a rare crystal hot pot, which enhances flavors through far-infrared heat, this dish has become a sensation in Okinawa. Guests can savor both Agu pork shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, adding another dimension to their dining experience.
