Teppanyaki Fukami is located on the first floor of the Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort within the Phoenix Seagaia Resort in Miyazaki, Kyushu.
It is known as the hotel’s most high-end restaurant and is a popular establishment which can be difficult to book.
All seats are at the counter, where the teppanyaki chef prepares the finest ingredients directly in front of you, including the famed Miyazaki Beef which has won consecutive championships at the National Wagyu Competition, often referred to as the “Wagyu Olympics.”
The perfectly cooked beef is incredibly juicy, with a smooth texture and rich flavor, but also has a exceptionally clean aftertaste.
