It is unlikely that you will find another meat restaurant like this, even amongst Ginza.
Chef Mutsumi Okazaki, a professional meat connoisseur who previously served as the head of procurement at renowned meat restaurants Innocent Carvery and Sukiyaki Juniten, relocated his establishment from the Nakameguro area to Ginza in April 2024.
The first thing that catches your eye is the counter/showcase, in which various cuts of meat are boldly displayed, much like how cuts of fish are displayed at top sushi restaurants. A truly irresistible sight for meat lovers.
The provided menu lists an array of different cuts, in which a wide variety of skewered meats and a la carte dishes are offered.
Chef Okazaki skillfully uses both charcoal and straw to achieve the perfect cooking method for each cut of meat. Whether it’s skirt steak, beef tongue, or sirloin: each bite is sure to bring a smile to your face.
The meal culminates with a cut of the premium Chateaubriand and freshly-cooked white rice. This brand of rice is named “Inochi no Ichi” and is a large-grain of the highest quality which is also eaten by Japan’s Imperial family.
The level of satisfaction achieved at Okazaki’s reasonable prices are simply unparalleled. Even the most experienced of meat connoisseurs are sure to be delighted and satisfied by this complete tasting of premium meats sourced personally by Chef Okazaki, which are prepared through meticulous grilling methods and presented artistically on beautiful plateware.
This is the birth of a new destination for meat lovers in Ginza, where Chef Okazaki’s passion, experience and skills come together to create an extraordinary dining experience.
