Our Request

In order to ensure that customers are provided with the highest quality food and service, fresh ingredients are carefully selected, purchased and prepared for each customer before customers arrive for their reservation. After confirming food allergies and consideration of preferences, the restaurant is dedicated to serving only the freshest and finest ingredients available. In addition to some of the reasons mentioned above, and due to the high volume of reservations as well as overlap with other customers making reservations, we kindly request that customers secure a reservation by paying for their course with a credit card or PayPal before their reservation. We hope you enjoy your time at the restaurant, and that your time at the restaurant, is a special one.

  • Please read the cancellation policy stated below. This cancellation policy is absolute. Please be sure to confirm and agree to it before proceeding with your reservation.
  • The taking of photographs inside the restaurant is strictly limited to that of the beverage/drink bottles and glassware (the taking of photographs of the restaurant's interior, food and people is strictly prohibited).
    Please be informed that you may be asked to leave the restaurant (even during your meal) if this is not strictly adhered to. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Please note that the course meal will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete. As the chef will be serving the course meal singlehandedly to all guests, please note that your course cannot be expedited or served faster than others. Please make sure your schedule has ample time to enjoy this meal.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided. Please make sure to arrive at the restaurant 5 minutes before the reservation time to be safe.
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. If any scent is detected, you will be denied entry into the restaurant and no refund will be provided.
  • If you are running late, please make sure to contact us at contactus@myconciergejapan.com. Please note that the restaurant staff will not be able to attend to phone calls or check emails during their service hours.
  • Due to frequent delays and sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen (bullet train) services, we are unable to accept reservations for the same day of arrival to Japan via international flights, as well as long distance domestic travel. We cannot accommodate cancellations or requests to change reservation dates/times due to such reasons, and no refund will be provided for cancellations.
You will receive an email once seating availability has been confirmed. Payment for your selected courses via the payment link in the email will be required in order to complete your reservation.
